We are currently only offering one shipping option as follows:

  • Royal Mail Tracked Standard - £4.95 (2-3 working days after dispatch)
  • We aim to dispatch orders on the next available working day. 

Orders placed on a Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday (or Tuesday if Monday is a Bank Holiday).

Collection is only available from our Cardiff store between 10am - 5pm Monday to Saturday and 11am to 4.30pm Sunday. 

Orders are usually ready to collect within 24 hours - if you need it quicker, please give us a call.

When you receive a notification that your order is ready to collect, please come to the store with a copy of your order confirmation and some identification. Call 029 2240 3592 if needed.

If someone else is collecting on your behalf, please contact us to let us know via email.
