Yes, we're located in Cardiff City Centre at 24 Royal Arcade, CF10 1AE, Cardiff. Our opening hours are 10AM-5:30PM Monday-Saturday and 11AM-5PM on Sundays.

We aren't able to take payment over the phone. However, if you have any questions about our products and their availability please feel free to call us on 029 2240 3592, we'd be happy to help.

We really hope you are happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not, then please return it to us in its original condition following the steps below within 14 days. 

Return Conditions

Returned items must be unused and have their original tags attached.
For hygiene reasons, food, drinks and Jewellery items cannot be returned.
Please package the item securely and enclose a copy of your dispatch note, or details of your order number, name and address.

Return the item using a tracked and insured delivery service such as "Royal Mail Tracked" and please retain proof of postage for your records - the items are your responsibility until they arrive back with us.

Exchanges

Due to the cost of delivery we are unable to offer a free exchange service. If you would like to exchange an item, please return your item for a refund using the process above and place a new order for the item you would like. 

Refunds should typically be processed within 1-2 days, but can take up to 7 days depending on your card provider.

We don't offer gift wrapping but items will be wrapped in a layer of tissue paper for protection.

No, unfortunately we don't have a gift voucher system.
